We should add SSL support for apps running in BRJS. This is currently doable my exporting and hosting in Tomcat, but the dev experience isn't particularly nice.

We could look in a conf dir and, if there is an SSL certificate etc in there, configure SSL for Jetty. The user would be responsible for generating their own certificates, we should just do the app server config bit.
