Crazy Problem with Glowing-Squids and Wandering Trader Acid+Sky #2737

Expected behavior
I have an Server with Acid-Island and CaveBlock running, CaveBlock as Funmode with Vanilla Settings.
Acid as Main-Mode runs without Natural Spawning, the Challenges are Builded around Spawner's and depend alone on em.
Every Mob = One Challenge to get the Spawners for next Mob
Same with Pet's.
Trader-Settings allow him to "Visit" an Player around every 2 Hours.
Observed/Actual behavior
Everything was fine, but since the first 1.21 Version :
Wandering Trader is not Spawning + Glowing Squids Spawner is not working. Tested many other Spawners and they Work all. Checked with all Spawning Conditions (Below -30, correct Bioms AND with Stone beneath)
Confirmed on brand new installed Server with only Paper 1.21.8 (1.21.4 had the error to) and bentobox with Acid and SkyBlock. No matter if Windows or Linux as Host.
"Vanilla" Settings everywere, no Plugins that mess with Spawning or Spawners.
Sidenote : The Glowing-Squid-Spawner is showing the "I'm aktiv" Animation if Player is near enough, like every other Spawner does but simply NO Spawn, never ... even after Hours.
Wandering Trader on Settings were he has 100% Chance every 600 Ticks -> NO Spawn, no matter were Player is (Free Sky obove naturaly).
I have my Acid-Server run with no Natural Spawning at all (Trader was working bevore 1.21 update) and relate to the Spawners for everything (Makes Challenges more Interessting vor Players), so this is very anoying.
Further Info : The Spawner IS Working at CaveBlock and on the "Vanilla" Overworld. This makes it even more Crazy ..... and the Trader works on Vanilla.Overworld to.
Steps/models to reproduce
Brandnew Server with SkyBlock -> Go down to below -30 and Build Glowing-Squid Spawner + set Biom to Deep-Ocean.
Normaly it would work, on Acid and Sky NOT.
Plugins other than BentoBox doesn't mater because testing without ANY other Plugins with Brand-New Serversetup -> Same errors.
