Dear sir,
Thanks for your contributions on the wonderful project, Docear4Word.
However, the provided IEEE-with-URL.csl template cannot generate URL when generating the list of references.
That's because the bult-in IEEE-with-URL.csl forgets adding the macro to generate URLs except the style webpage. But the webpage style is not a default entry type in Docear. That's why how entry types you add, the display results are the same: no URLs displayed.
I posted a post on my website: http://blog.allenworkspace.net/2016/01/docear4word-fix-bug-from-docear4word.html and detailed the solution for it.

The version of used Docear4Word: 1.30
Please update the newer citation styles when releasing the new version of Docear4Word.
Many thanks.

Thank you allen501pc for providing a solution :-)
It might be a while before Docear4Word is updated, due to lack of developers.

Thanks for your reply. I've added an improvement for this based on version 1.23. (Unfortunately, I cannot get the source code of v1.30 in this repository.)
The updated source code is put in https://github.com/allen501pc/Docear4Word.

Notice: This version is based on an evaluation license of Add-In Express for MS Office and .Net.
I just take a small test on my laptop and the running is okay.
