Add Prefix (and suffix?) to Citations

it would be nice if users could add a prefix to a citation such as "see e.g.". Here an example

there are other effects such as scintillation and fading (see e.g. Klobuchar 1996). Scintillations occur when the GPS signal traverses a region of irregularities in the refractive index, and both phase and amplitude scintillations exist (Kintner and Ledvina 2005). However, while they are of interest (e.g. Kim and Tinin 2009), they are outside the scope of this review.

I assume, an extra column in the table would be nice for this? And maybe it would also make sense to allow adding a suffix?
