Fixed a minor issue where an ampersand (&) in a file name was being actioned as a command separator by the command processor.
This only affected the echo information line not the actual files being processed - everything after the ampersand was treated as a command, generating an error, although the ffmpeg operation still continued correctly.
All ampersands are now replaced by @, but only in the echo-ed information - the input and output file names are not affected.
This discussion was created from the release Release v1.0.1.
