HSI options when opening new file, "Restore State"

The code that restores state made with file A (eg sum or HSI images created) is correctly replicated when opening file B. However, the GUI is stale. Eg the "Use sum" and "Medianize" radio buttons remain unchecked even if those values were used to create the new HSI images for file B.
