Give EMI a vanilla layout by default

Make EMI look like this by default, to better fit with vanilla and with the Creative layout. Craftables is on the left, not favorites, since craftables is a much more useful thing, but we suspect EMI uses favorites by default simply because it's what people are used to with JEI.
