old client secret has been revoked. If you want that gtasks continues to work for you, you need to create a new GCP project here: https://developers.google.com/tasks/firstapp#register

The config.json file can be found at the location where gtasks was installed.

Hi @BRO3886 . Is this the cause of the "This application is blocked" error page when doing gtasks login?

Unfortunately, Google has deprecated OAuth Out-of-Band auth method (aka copy/paste auth method). The solution doesn't work any more and required migration.
