Tagging for all objects (news posts, documents, etc.)

News posts should have tags, not just categories.

Each tag should be capable of aliases, e.g. warcraft-iii, warcraft-3, and wc3 should all be synonymous as a single tag.

This should apply to documents, packets, and servers too.
