I am running minc 1.9.16 on mac os 10.14.6 and am having issues with xdisp. I can load an image, but when I try to open the menu window (normally opened when you double click on an image), the menu window automatically gets minimized and cannot be opened.

Sometimes (not always), when I launch it I get this error:
X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)
(X_GetProperty)
(ResourceID=600001, Serial=91)
