What is your feature request all about?
Similar to JWT, email, and other settings, security-relevant attributes/properties should be there as well.
How could/should a solution look like?
Similar to JSON configs for JWT and E-Mail, there should be a separate field to enable such settings.
Are there alternatives to your first suggested solution?
No, currently, this is hard-coded and fixed within the UserManager. But this needs to change.
