Description

stats collected from the contact form at https://www.openedmb.ca/adoption-of-an-open-textbook/ will be displayed in a couple different places on the site.

Expected behaviour

would like to replicate all information above 'Likely adoptions' on this page https://open.bccampus.ca/open-textbook-stats/
would like to replicate the summary stats on the homepage (make dynamic)

Actual behaviour

new feature request.
