[Rule] URL format has changed

Resource parameter names change from /resourceType1/{resourceType1_name} to /resourceType1/{resourceType1_id}. This will impact code generation.

@ravbhatnagar If I understand correctly then this is to identify how the input is being changed in the path of the swagger. Example if some string type path parameter used to take just the name of the resource but now that stringparameter expects Id to be taken. like expectation from server side changed.

I am inclining towards that this would be manual check rather than static. Thoughts?
