fix for doc and ADO pipeline (#132)

* Update deployguide_ado.md

Added required `Create build pipeline` permission for the ADO pipeline.

* Update create_ado_pipelines.sh

Added missing `\` in the commands.

Update deployguide_gha.md (#87)

added link to the WSL install guide and changed script editors to script runners 
and changed how supported pipelines are represented

Update QUICKSTART.md (#40)

updated the yml file names for Devops pipelines
