Communication - Chat nightly test runs are failing with:

Stack trace:
The shrinkwrap file contains the following issues:
Missing dependency "@azure/ai-form-recognizer" (^4.0.0) required by "@azure-tests/perf-ai-form-recognizer"
The shrinkwrap file is out of date. You need to run "rush update".
##[error]Cmd.exe exited with code '1'.
