Communication - Phone Numbers nightly test runs are failing with:

Error message:
expected 'InternalError' to equal 'NotFound'

Stack trace:
AssertionError: expected 'InternalError' to equal 'NotFound'
at Context. (D:\a_work\1\s\sdk\communication\communication-phone-numbers\test\public\get.spec.ts:40:16)
at process._tickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:68:7)
