Fix names in psd1

Description

Pinecone and WeightsAndBiases does not have change log because 0.1.0 of these 2 packages are unlisted, we don't want to publish new version for now.

I prefer to retargeting it to the next release as the change will instroduce a lot of changed modules in RC2. CC @vidai-msft
