License file addition to @autorest/csharp package

Hello I was wondering if there is a specific reason why the @autorest/csharp package does not have a License file. I use Mend for Open Source Scans and since the npm package does not have a license it keeps marking it as a need to review. Is there a way you can add license information to the autorest/csharp package?
