Retrieve Regions information like Latitude and Longitude

Currently, it is not possible to retrieve Azure DC Regions and more information, like their Latitude and Longitude.

This action is possible either through Azure CLI and PowerShell module.

The customers want this because they're developing an automation process to deploy Virtual Machines around the globe and there's some math calculation to deploy it automatically on the closest datacenter.

The desired behavior would be to have an interface to retrieve Azure Regions and, if possible, get the closest available for that subscription based on Latitude and Longitude.
