Get related Network Security Group #8

If we want to retrieve all the Security Rules in place for a VM on a related Network Security Group, we still do not have the interface to do so:

It would be nice to have it in a similar way we do for Public IP Address:

# vm being an instance of IVirtualMachine

vm.GetNetworkSecurityGroup();
