Can not send same attachment in conversation twice

attachment1 = Attachment(<file>)

thread_client.create_conversation_thread_message(message="", thread_name=thread_name, attachments=[attachment1])
client.process_messages(thread_name)

thread_client.create_conversation_thread_message(message="", thread_name=thread_name, attachments=[attachment1])
client.process_messages(thread_name)

Any log messages given by the failure

Expected/desired behavior

Second conversation message contains attachment1
