CultureInfoProperty of NumericUpDown

According to the docs, the NumericUpDown should have a CultureInfoProperty. However, I couldn't bind anything to this property. And when I checked the source code, I also couldn't find this property anywhere. Am I missing something here or is the documentation wrong?

It was removed before 11.0 release. Please use NumericUpDown .NumberFormat.

This documentation is for 0.10 version.
