Quick summary

When attempting to fix a conncetion via the Jetpack Cloud Dashboard, the next screen provides three options.

1. confirm site loads with an external URL icon, link directs to the site itself.
2. Troubleshoot Jetpack -- no external URL icon, goes out of Cloud into a support page (we should have something better here, but that's for a different issue).
3. Disconncet Jetpack-> links to a cloud page.

The Troubleshoot should have an external URL icon if it takes you out of Jetpack Cloud.

Steps to reproduce

1. cloud.jetpack.com on an account with a broken Jetpack site.
2. Click "Fix" on the ribbon under the broken site.
