I have integrated Authorize.net integration within my plugin using the Iframe method. It works fine. However, I am not sure if I have to do anything for Strong Custom Authentication implementation or would it be handled automatically (As I am using IFrame).

We are providing SDKs for your server-side application to communicate to Authorize.Net servers. Our SDKs will behave the same way whether they are called inside an iFrame or from any other client side application.
