Kinke experiments with building plugins with reggae + ninja points to fast incremental builds that would be fast, with LTO.

Is this really 2.1 second incremental builds with full speed? => it's a 2.1 seconds full optimized build
Provide dplug-build option for that => for --redub
Provide dplug-build option for that => for --reggae => not yet, seems redub could fit the bill
Check that the LTO inline things even without the pragma(inline, true) to publish the bodies in object file
