Thank you for making this great and comprehensive tool.
I want to first make an orthology-based run, just for testing now. I pulled the docker image docker://dyliss/aureme-img:2.4 with singularity. The files are fine with check_input, but when I run aureme --run=Tibet-0 --cmd="orthology_based", it says orthofinder: command not found. Am I missing something or is the docker image incomplete?
