adding an installer for easier updates

If I see, that there is an Update, im always I bit lazy to do it, because I have to extract the zip and put it in the right folder.

Adding an installer would be woderful. Also than you could add it to package manager projects for even easier installation.

not really, i don't see msix really being used as much as msi in the wild, cmiiw. but at the same time, it think it's pretty straightforward to package an msi into an msix too. so maybe ill do that if users really need it.

so right now, there is an msi installer and an update checker in the application as of v0.14.0. the update checker simply redirects you to the latest release page in this github repo.
ill maybe add an msix option next and extend the update process (auto download the latest release and update the application automatically).
like this comment for the msix option and heart it for the extend update for anyone reading this and wanting these features.

@Ashfaaq18, .AppInstaller provides a way to accomplish that. It's designed for standalone .MSIX and/or .MSIXBundle releases. It's what Microsoft has begun to utilise for all software distributed via GitHub, relegating MSIX to -s winget and msstore.
