Players often complain about the timed mechanic of Terastallization, but I think there are concerns about opening the floodgates to balance issues by making a change to the Tera turn counts. This alleviates some of those balance issues by gating an “OP” version of the form changing behind a rarer event and putting a hefty price tag on it.
