try the wolf rpg fix here if that doesn't work and you haven't updated texthook.dll from this
try that. if it still doesn't work, you could try agent, if that doesn't work either it's a pain in the ass to initially setup if you don't already have a google cloud vision API key and it only works with horizontal text, but it's OCR based so you'll get all the text translated and overlayed on the game or copied to clipboard, compared to some other OCR based translators I've used this one is quite good at reading the OCR text properly. it's initial setup is just a bit time consuming but you only have todo that once Universal Game Translator
