Need ability to flag repeaters as unlisted

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some repeater owners would prefer their repeater not be listed publicly. The web site does not have a mechanism for this currently.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a boolean field for "Unlisted". This should be presented on the web form as a checkbox. Add this to the filter of repeaters returned in the public listings (ie "... where unlisted = false"

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered not doing this. Decided to do it.
