The SoilStandaloneObjectRegistry is creating lots of SoilBehaviorDescription instances.
This changes the stanalone registry to not keep track of classes, but the SoilBehaviorDescription objects.
(just some low handing fruit while trying to speed up the #isCurrent check for both standalone and Soil)
