Describe the feature

Inside the ME Pattern Access Terminal UI, allow the player to hold shift and click patterns in their inventory, moving them into first visible empty slot in the list. The player can then direct were patterns are inserted using a combination of the search bar and scroll bar. While holding the shift key, highlight the empty slot to visually indicate to the player were a shift-click inserted pattern would end up.

Alternatively, instead of picking the first visible empty slot, let the player click the empty slot where they want to insert patterns, then put the insertion indicator in that slot. When a pattern is shift-clicked, it will go there and the indicator will advance to the next available empty slot. The insertion indicator should not move across name labels. The menu should automatically scroll down to ensure the indicator remains in view.

Reasons why it should be considered

This allows fast insertion of multiple patterns and reduces the physical strain of doing repetitive precision mouse movements.
