Baxter IKFast is a custom inverse-kinematics solver built using OpenRAVE IKFast (http://openrave.org/docs/0.8.2/openravepy/ikfast/) The resulting plugin is the one of (if not the) fastest analytical IK solver available for Baxter

Baxter Moveit Config-New is an updated version of the Moveit! (https://moveit.ros.org/index.html) model for Baxter. This model features updated joint limits and controllers specific to the ARC Lab's Baxter
