PyPi shell_sage not working, maybe because claude-3-5-20241022 is gone?

I run shell_sage by doing uvx --isolated --from shell_sage. This ends up exposing occasional dependency problems with the version in PyPi, since I think (?) this is always running the latest PyPI release.

It stopped working a few days ago, perhaps because its default model claude-3-5-20241022 no longer is available at that Anthropic endpoint?

• My conf file was out of date.
• This conf file was created automatically by a previous version of shell_sage

On reflection, I encountered a problem which anyone who is using shell_sage regularly will encounter. Basically, shell_sage does not gracefully upgrade pre-existing users, when it upgrades its preferred model.
