🔄️ How to Reproduce

  1. have 2 variants. for this we'll refer to them as the "Default" variant and variant "B"
  2. set some NBT override for variant "B". e.g. overriding brightness to 15
  3. summon model as default variant
  4. apply variant B (notice brightness override applies as expected)
  5. apply default variant
  6. notice brightness is still overriden to max.

✅ Expected Behavior

default variant should apply NBT overrides not just once on-summon, but every time we apply the default variant
