Multiple Databases!

Removed Dapper and the F# wrapper in favor of RepoDb.

This allows basic support for SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL
I have manually tested in MySQL, SQLite as well as PostgreSQL

If you find a bug or missing a feature, please let me know

Sqlator pre-release

This is one of the first pre-releases that will be going out, I'm pretty sure this works just fine against SQLite databases, but I have not had a chance to write tests and to test against SQLServer either
so if you take it for a spin let me know if something doesn't work at all

Just take the binary, rename it and put it on your path to start working :)
