Accelerated gifs in iOS15.3.1 #117

iPhone iOS15.3.1

I just realized that everything is ok, except for the display of GIFs. The animation goes very fast, making the result very uncomfortable. This has never happened before. some help? It happens if you run the App in iPhone device.

@hansemannn @AndreaVitale have you checked it? It's really weird :/

SDWebImage/SDWebImage#3279
think it should upgrade to a newer version of SDWebImage as that issue was fixed already
