I was wondering the same thing, I can't find it in the Mozilla "Firefox for Android extension" search.

Is there any reason this extension hasn't been marked as compataible with Firefox Mobile yet?

The extension is not available (yet) for Android but in the meantime you can use the Userscript which works with Firefox for Android:

• Install tampermonkey : https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/android/addon/tampermonkey/
• Install the userscript : from the website or via the direct url: https://github.com/Anarios/return-youtube-dislike/raw/main/Extensions/UserScript/Return%20Youtube%20Dislike.user.js

Tampermonkey should detect the script and prompt you to install it
