Software for in silico click reaction synthesis and prediction of drug-like molecules.

Version 1.2: an old release where the only one reaction (azide-alkyne cycloaddition) and Lipinski & logBB filtering are supported.
Version 2.0 (recommended): a new release where 50 chemical reactions and SwissADME descriptirs are supported.

Download

Choose your operating system and download the appropriate folder on your local computer. You can use the GitZip extension for Chromium, Firefox or another free software for downloading folders from GitHub like this.

Execution

• After downloading, put the folder in whichever location on you system that is convinient. You can rename the folder to NeuroClick for clarity.
• Run the application by clicking dist/main/main
• Advice: you can make a symbolic link to dist/main/main on your desktop.
• Note: the first launch may take several minutes to start the GUI, however next launches should be quick.
