What is the project even about?

This project is to introduce me to python programming and python modules pandas and matplot. I am hoping to hone in and develop some initial programming skills through this project.

I am giving myself free reign to use whatever research resources I can find to help me accomplish what I want my code to do- however any code that I do use I have to understand fully in order to include it in this project.
