Have you tried using the latest docker image / code base?: Yes

Describe the bug
It would be nice to have a free-form text field to add notes to a vehicle. Currently there is no way to add a note.

Would you want this free-form field to be on the vehicle or the fillups/expenses? Or both?

On the vehicle would be more useful for me, but both would probably be reasonable.
