Support for text-transform

Hello!
I'm pretty sure text-transform: uppercase is possible in GTK 3.2.
Is that a feature that I can request?
I can use font-variant: small-caps and increase the font for a similar effect, but if the first letter is caps, the outcome will always be different.

Hi, reading Pango Markup's documentations I realized one can use text transform as an attribute:

...
"example": {
    "format": "<span text_transform='uppercase'>{}</span>",
}
...
