ABSTRACT
Machine learning has been becoming an integral part of various fields of the modern economy, and this graduation paper provides an investigation of possible ways to integrate supervised ML methods into routine HR. Considering the specifics of the industry such as a significant number of missing/NA values and prevalence of categorical features, a Data analysis has been conducted and the effective algorithms for Data munging have been given. The work provides an objective comparison of diverse methods based on the results for the given test set. The required intelligent system was produced to be used for hiring persons for routine and repeated (seasonal) work.
