Some mobs don't spawn in my modpack #5376

What happened?

I couldn't find any hippogriffs or Amphitheres or trolls in any biome or cave in the game. but all the other mobs spawn what could be the problem?

Minecraft Version

1.20.1

Ice and Fire version

2.1.13-1.20.1

Citadel version

2.6.0-1.20.1

Relevant log output

none just can't spawn

Other Information

I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue
