System Details:

OS: Windows 7
Thorium Version 122.0.6261.171 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Problem:

When browsing webpages and holding down my scroll key on my keyboard, the page will jump ahead every few lines, making the browsing experience strange to the point I skip over parts of webpages. Whereas in Vanilla Chromium, the page will scroll smoothly applying the same amount of pressure when scrolling as with Thorium.

Just installed Thorium yesterday and started to the notice the issue almost right away, but didn't realize what was happening.
