I think this would be a good way to support the myriad of Linux distros and configurations without trying to support many different packaging formats. |
The Chromium and Ungoogled Chromium Flatpak repos should be great starting points. |

I also support that. I use NixOS and on that, I can't use the AppImage, DEB or RPM. Getting it on Flathub would be great! |

Don't run a deb-based distro, and Thorium looks ideal |

Well, no, but everything thats needed already exists. Just take a look at https://github.com/Alex313031/thorium/tree/main/infra%2FFlatpak%2Fcom.alex313031.thorium Somebody would need to create a merge request in the flathub repo amd get the permission to do so, and then they accept it and it is on flathub! |
