Hour boundaries for Indian time zone #210

The weather forecast currently shows half hour boundaries for forecast, 1:30, 2;30 etc. for India. That's because Indian time zone is GMT+5:30. It will be nice to have the forecast on the bout boundaries for India.

@mmjoshi i see. What do you mean by "bout boundaries" ?
Would that be ok is that i show the result as if you were GMT + 5:00 ?
