Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate on a website
  2. Windows will BSOD with this error "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

When navigating on a website, the system crashed with a BSOD. I installed Windows 11 24H2, and I didn't have any issue with AdGuard (until now).

We will update the drivers in the upcoming version so the problem will be resolved. Thanks for reporting.

The new version of Nightly has the updated drivers so could you please install it.

I installed it and I'll post after testing the system stability.

But please keep me informed when the AdGuard version with the updated drivers will hit stable branch.

PS: Just out of curiosity, it was an issue between AdGuard and Malwarebytes or between AdGuard and Windows 11 24H2?

it was a conflict with third-party software, including malwarebytes.

Ah, okay. Hopefully this fix will be available as soon as possible in the stable build.
