Missing white shadow for filter hints in Dark theme

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Add a filter section and check the hints (green stars and circular question mark).
2. Then add some filters, in the Installed filters check the filter hints (green stars and ticks).

Expected Behavior

In Dark theme there should be white shading on filter hints.

Actual Behavior

As you can see in the videos, the Light theme has shading behind the filter hints (green star, tick and circular question mark). But this shading (white) is missing in Dark theme, only in the circular question mark.
