Hi @Samuel12321

We have done our testing and were unable to notice any significant performance impact caused by AdGuard for Windows. Could you please provide examples of the impact you are experiencing on your device?

When running on a Surface Pro X general system performance and UI responsiveness significantly reduces especially while web browsing. When Adguard is disabled the device can switch between tabs, open the start menu and generally perform with no noticeable lag. When Adguard is started up the device quickly becomes less responsive, switching between tabs takes a few seconds to respond, and opening the start menu takes a few seconds to appear.
Upon further investigation Adguard appears to generate CPU usage of 35% while using the Adguard settings menu in the foreground and while browsing using edge the Adguard Service frequently sits at 22% to 26% CPU usage.

Unfortunately, this performance impact is expected for some devices at this time. We are planning to compile an ARM-specific version of AdGuard for Windows, but cannot provide an exact timeframe. We have created a separate GitHub task so you can track the status of the ARM version.
